Luke and Ashley find themselves in the most terrifying place of all: HIGH SCHOOL. We learn a bit about the backstory of the world such as the Second Impact. We also mostly follow two high school punks rather then any main characters. We also talk about crying and we see a teenager’s butt crack.

Luke and Ashley are ready to watch the exciting battle between Eva Unit 01 and the angel, but they’re forced to wait and when we finally see it it’s a lot different then we thought. We also see the shadowy cabal that is NERV and watch Shinji move in to Misato’s apartment. We also get really deep into penguins and other animes we love. Also shirts.

Luke talks about what he knows and what he doesn’t as we meet a cast of characters we don’t really know a lot about yet and a very bad dad.
