Welcome to the inaugural episode of The Surviving Culinarian! This week we introduce ourselves and give a bit of background about our history with food and cooking before diving into our first topic: Food Safety! We cover proper preparation of both meat and produce as well as some common misunderstandings and myths about food safety.
